How do I check availability?+
Send your event date, venue, timings and services required. Paul checks the diary and equipment availability personally before confirming a quote.
Does an enquiry reserve my date?+
No. An enquiry or shortlist is a request only. Paul confirms the booking arrangements with you directly.
How do payments work?+
Once the quote is agreed, Paul sends an invoice for the agreed deposit. The remaining balance is due no later than 28 days before the event. For bookings made within that period, ask Paul to confirm the payment schedule.
Can I request songs?+
Yes. Share your favourite tracks, must-play songs and anything you would rather avoid. For weddings, include your first dance and important moments.
Can I enquire about hire without a DJ?+
Yes. Choose the hire items you want and send your date and venue. Paul will confirm availability, logistics and pricing.
Is delivery and setup included?+
Delivery, setup, collection and access requirements are confirmed in your individual quote. Please include your venue postcode and setup times.
Where do you cover?+
Paul is based in Essex. Share your venue and postcode so he can confirm travel availability and any associated costs.
What will the venue need to provide?+
Tell Paul about access, setup space, power availability, sound restrictions and timings. Technical requirements are agreed for your booking.
